If the package appears visibly damaged, customers should notify the carrier and contact Norseal Wool as soon as reasonably possible.

Any claim relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

12. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing products online may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cayma hakkı) without providing a reason, subject to the exceptions established under applicable law.

For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer or a person designated by the consumer receives the goods.

The consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period between conclusion of the contract and delivery of the goods.

13. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances where an exception is provided by applicable legislation.

Which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene after delivery where the relevant legal conditions are met;
